Positive: A renovated stylish apartment just right next to the main square. Spacious living room and a bedroom, comfortable big bed and a sofa-bed, big bathroom with a washing machine and toiletries. Wooden floors, soundproof windows, modern appliances. Downstairs there is a trendy bakery which conveniently opens early in the morning. The apartment faces an office building which for us didn't cause any privacy issues. There is no parking provided, but you can find a covered parking in a 5 mins walking distance with acceptable daily rates and spaces available (paid by card). We were presented with a welcome voucher for the bakery and a discount for the parking. The communication over the app was prompt and clear and they rectified minor issues immediately. We will definitely choose this apartment for our next stay in Augsburg.
Negative: The apartment wasn't cleaned very well and there was no vacuum cleaner or a mop provided which caused us some inconvenience. The windows have an excellent isolation, but there is no AC. We had to keep windows open for air circulation (summer) which was a bit of an issue in the evening due to the buzz from the coffeeshops on the square.
